VISUAL ALCHEMY: CRYSTALS AND LIQUID METAL
A key aspect of this visual exploration was capturing the essence of liquid platinum in 3D—representing the core materiality of the jewelry. The challenge was to translate its fluid nature into visuals that conveyed luminosity, richness, and the unique character that defines each piece, alongside the crystalline elements.
For the launch of a film for Platinum Love Bands, I was brought on to develop visual explorations based on the storyboard—crafting a narrative rooted in crystal, jewelry, and transformation. The concept followed the poetic journey of a raw stone that, upon shattering, revealed the liquid essence of platinum, which gradually took shape as elegant, refined rings.
My role focused on defining how to visually interpret this metamorphosis—from solid rock to polished jewelry—using 3D materials and lighting. I explored how textures, translucency, and environmental interaction could convey a sense of luxury, delicacy, and modernity, aligned with the premium essence of the brand.
